| New Station House is situated on the outskirts of Bridgend in the small village of Brynmenyn within a few minutes of Junction 36 of the M4 Motorway. The house is located at the base of the Garw and Ogmore Valleys and Bryngarw Country Park is just a couple of minutes away. It takes about half an hour to reach either Cardiff or Swansea so they are easily accessable.
