| Linda & Richard Johnson guarantee you a warm and friendly welcome at their modern, quiet and comfortable bungalow, Cairdean, and assure you of a pleasant visit to our historic city.
Cairdean is situated on the northern edge of Norwich and is in an ideal location for many local attractions.
We are only 2 minutes away from Norwich Airport, the Hilton Hotel and the Park & Ride with buses leaving for the city centre every 10 minutes. We are just 5 minutes from Norwich Sports Village and 10 minutes from the University of East Anglia. The north Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads are a 30 minute drive away. There are also 6 golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Numerous eating establishments are also within a fairly short walking distance.
We have three guest bedrooms at Cairdean, one double room with luxury en-suite shower, one twin room with private bathroom / shower and one family room with luxury en-suite shower. All rooms are centrally heated, double glazed and all are tastefully decorated. Each room also includes remote control colour tv, clock radio alarm, hair dryer, smoke alarm and tea / coffee hospitality tray. Our ground floor accommodation is ideal for people of limited mobility.
There is parking for eight cars in our private driveway, and at the rear of our south facing bungalow we have a pleasant garden and patio for our guests to use and relax.
To enable us to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and for your own safety Cairdean, is strictly no-smoking. Smoking is permitted, however, outside in the garden.
Relax, make yourself at home and enjoy our excellent, freshly cooked breakfast (served from 7.00am to 8.45am) from our extensive menu. On sunny Sunday mornings why not try our barbecue breakfast on the patio.
Advice and information is freely given to help your sight-seeing tour round our beautiful county of Norfolk and we hold many information leaflets for you to browse through.
